A dish full of Mexican flavours with just a touch of heat. A base of black beans (for extra protein), sautéed red onions, peppers, jalapenos and sweetcorn, cooked in light coconut milk, flavoured with lime juice and mixed with quinoa. Our Bavette steak is flame grilled and slow cooked in sous-vide for 24 hours for extra tenderness.
