Chicken Satay

Spiced, succulent chicken breast with cauliflower egg fried "rice" flavoured with soy sauce and sesame oil and finished with spring onions. Served  with peanut and coconut satay sauce. This is our low carb, gluten free version of a classic Chicken Satay.
